SOPHIE
Director / Occupational Therapist
Sophie specialises in early intervention and supporting families with diverse needs. With a focus on inclusivity, Sophie works primarily with infants to school-age children, with expertise in cerebral palsy, brain injury, physical disabilities, and neurodiverse children.
Her experience extends to complex equipment prescriptions, home modifications, and vehicle adaptations, ensuring that children and families receive the most appropriate solutions to enhance their daily lives. She is certified in the following:

Sophie is committed to promoting rural health and ensuring that families in these areas have access to the services they need. She is driven by the variety and challenge each day brings in her work as an OT. She feels privileged to be part of a family’s journey, helping children thrive through personalised care. Sophie values collaboration, working closely with families, carers, and other professionals to achieve meaningful and positive outcomes.

LIZ
Occupational Therapist
Liz studied a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Australian Catholic University in North Sydney. As a paeditaric occupational therapist with experience working with children 0-12 years, Liz is passionate about helping children develop the skills they need to thrive in their everyday lives by providing family-centred and strengths-based care through therapy that is engaging and motivating.
Liz believes that every child has unique abilities, and her approach focuses on harnessing these strengths, to create meaningful goals that promote their development and well-being.
Liz’s goal is to empower children and their families, help them navigate the challenges they face while celebrating every success, even if it feels small – a win is a win!
Liz feels incredibly grateful to have such supportive colleagues who are not only a wealth of knowledge and make work productive, but also fun. Even though Liz works part time to balance her responsibilities as a mother to her young son, her team always creates an uplifting environment with their camaraderie and encouragement, making the juggle between her professional and personal life easy. Liz appreciates being part of a team who value collaboration and joy in the workplace.
ANNA
Occupational Therapist
Anna graduated from LaTrobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters in Occupational Therapy. She is a passionate Occupational Therapist with a deep commitment to family-centred practice, and a keen interest in supporting parents and carers to better understand their child's unique needs, using a neurodiverse-affirming and strength-based approach.
With a particular interest in working with children aged 3-6, Anna enjoys helping children build confidence and achieve their goals through playful, interest-based and engaging therapy.


By focusing on the strengths of each child, Anna aims to foster an environment where children can explore and grow, all while ensuring that families feel empowered and supported every step of the way.
Above all, Anna is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, celebrating every success, big or small, along the way.


LAURA
Occupational Therapist
Laura is an Occupational Therapist who completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Charles Sturt University.
She has a strong passion for working with infants and toddlers, focusing on helping them reach their full potential through fun, play based therapy interventions. Laura has completed additional professional development in areas including; supporting children who have experienced trauma, Advanced Bimanual Therapy for children with Cerebral Palsy, and DIR Floortime. This enables Laura to provide targeted, evidence-based interventions that meet the unique needs of each child.
Laura’s favourite part of her job is witnessing the excitement on a child’s face when they achieve a goal or make meaningful progress in therapy. She is equally passionate about empowering families, guiding them in how to implement strategies across various environments and encouraging them to become active participants in their child’s therapy journey. By fostering a collaborative relationship with families, Laura ensures that children receive consistent support in all environments, helping them thrive in all areas of life.
KATE
Occupational Therapist
Kate completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Charles Sturt University in Albury. With a deep passion for enhancing quality of life, she specializes in providing equipment solutions, assistive technology, and adaptive devices to improve independence and functionality.

Kate thrives on the variety and daily challenges her work brings, finding it rewarding to assist individuals and their families in overcoming obstacles and achieving their personal goals. Every situation is unique, which keeps her engaged and driven to make a positive impact in the lives of those she supports.




ALICIA
Allied Health Assistant
Alicia is currently in her third year of studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Charles Sturt University, Albury. With a deep passion for supporting individuals in achieving their goals, Alicia is dedicated to providing personalised care that empowers young people and their families. Her approach is centred on creating meaningful opportunities for individuals of all levels to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.In addition to Alicia's academic studies, she has gained valuable experience working as an Allied Health Assistant (AHA) in paediatric occupational therapy.This role has provided her with a personal insight into the rewarding and impactful nature of supporting children
and their families. Alicia finds joy in helping children develop essential skills that improve their daily lives, whether through physical, sensory, or cognitive activities. The experience has strengthened her desire to work closely with children and families to identify and achieve goals that are meaningful to them.
